Yes. We start by listening and evaluating how your business actually works. Based on your needs, we’ll recommend a platform like HubSpot or Salesforce and guide you on the specific edition or Hub you should choose. Many teams find the product menus overwhelming; I help you navigate those options so you end up with the fit that matches your goals.

Yes. We help you select and implement the platform that fits your priorities. If automated email campaigns are important, HubSpot often makes sense. If tracking activities and phone calls is the focus, Salesforce often fits better. We’ll work with you to get the right product in place and configured to your needs.

We ask about your users, how many records you need to migrate, and what you need to track. We also look at how you run the business. Then we compare those inputs to similar projects I’ve done and give you a scoped level of effort. That lets you see the work on your side and the implementation effort in addition to your CRM subscription.

We bill hourly at $150. As an example, a typical install can be about 50 hours over roughly three months. Work is front loaded to set up structure and get data in, then we build workflows and reporting, and finish with training. Effort tapers by month three so you have time to adopt and adjust.

Yes. We create a Slack channel for ongoing support. Instead of losing time searching for answers, you can drop questions in Slack and get quick guidance to keep momentum.

Outside of when we’re sleeping, you can expect a response within about an hour.
